1. Program Overview

The 7-Day Job Search Program is an intensive career coaching service designed to help participants accelerate their job search process. The program includes:

• Daily coaching sessions and assignments
• Personalized resume and LinkedIn optimization
• Interview preparation and mock interviews
• Access to program resources and materials
• Email support during the 7-day period

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To enroll in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a clear career objective
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have access to necessary technology (computer, internet)

2.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is completed by:

1. Submitting the registration form
2. Making full payment of the program fee
3. Receiving confirmation email with program details

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Program Fees

The current program fee is ₹9,000 (regularly ₹25,000). All fees are in Indian Rupees and must be paid in full before program commencement.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund options:

• Refund: Available if cancellation request is made within 3 days of payment before starting of the session, after deducting payment processing charges, which is usually 2.5% to 5%. Refund may take 7 - 10 business days.
• No Refund: After the commencement of the program.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered for documented emergencies at our discretion

4. Program Expectations and Responsibilities

4.1 Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Complete daily assignments and exercises
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions
• Actively participate in program activities
• Provide honest and complete information
• Respect confidentiality of group sessions (if applicable)

4.2 Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide program materials as described
• Deliver coaching sessions as scheduled
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance
• Respond to support requests within 24 hours

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All program materials, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum and lesson plans
• Worksheets and templates
• Recorded sessions and presentations
• Proprietary methodologies

are the intellectual property of the author and / or JOB IN 30 DAYS™ and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal career development only.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or sell program materials
• Reproduce content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our materials
• Use our methodologies to create competing services

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. In group settings, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding shared information.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the program. We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Engages in harassment or discrimination
• Shares inappropriate content
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Disrupts program activities

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOB IN 30 DAYS™ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income or employment opportunities
• Costs associated with job search activities
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activities
• Payment obligations are not met
• You disrupt the learning experience for others

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India.
